Two routes. Both cost you nothing, both put the full amount into my account, and neither needs a vendor form on your side. Use the bank transfer for the invoice; use an app for the deposit or anything smaller.
A bank account exists and it is deposit-only, so the full amount reaches me with nothing deducted. This is the cleanest route for the whole invoice.
| Payee (exactly as shown) | Schubert Motors LLC |
| Routing and account number | on the invoice, not on this page — bank details are never published on a web page. Ask me for the invoice and it comes with them, addressed to you. |
Confirm the payee name with me before you send. A transfer whose name does not match the account is rejected by the bank and comes back as a failure, which costs you days. My invoice and my W-9 both carry Schubert Motors LLC — match it exactly, character for character.
Deposit-only account: it receives funds. Nothing spends or transfers out of it except me, and only for a spend I have approved. That is how your money is protected, not a limitation.
Send straight to the app for a deposit or any smaller amount. No fee on my side, no waiting for a cheque to clear, and it reaches me today.
| App | Handle |
|---|---|
| Chime | $Evan-Schubert-1 |
| Venmo | @evoschube |
| Cash App | $evoschube |
Confirm the handle with me by email before you send. App payments are instant and irreversible — no cheque to stop, no chargeback to dispute. A handle is not identity: anyone can type one. One line of confirmation protects us both.
Owner-provided handles, not yet independently verified. Keep the payment memo short or blank — a long invoice memo can be filtered.
Nothing else. No portal, no vendor onboarding, no W-9 before the first payment unless your AP insists, and if they insist that is normal — the blank form is linked at the bottom of this page.
There is no fee on either route. The full $1,500 reaches my account. If anyone quotes you a percentage for paying me, they are describing a different arrangement than this one — ask me before you act on it.
Both accounts are deposit-only. Money comes in. Nothing spends, withdraws or transfers out of either one except me, and only for a specific cost I have approved before spending it. That is a protection for you, not a limitation.
